Having been licensed and regulated by the FCA (the Financial Conduct Authority, with registration number 592778) in the UK for 2 years, AETOS has its FCA license with variation of permission (VOP) to hold clients’ money based on its sound record in fully abiding the regulations.

The VOP to hold clients’ money, is considered as an important milestone of AETOS Capital Group during the development process. With the VOP, AETOS is able to hold the clients’ margin deposits in its custodian bank which is regulated by the FCA. At the same time, AETOS will adhere to the rules of MIFID in the European Union, to provide financial services in 29 EEA States, including contracts for differences, rolling spot forex contract , spread bet, futures and options.
